In 1962, I took my first international flight from France to Wisconsin at 6 weeks old, and was hooked. I have now stepped foot on all 7 continents and share my travels with thousands of fans on my YouTube channel. Travel is more than a hobby or an interest to the Melnick family. It is woven into family memories, experiences and creates ageless bonds. From the earliest memories of road trips across America, explorations of the Hawaiian Islands, zip-lining with the monkeys in Costa Rica, and swimming in the crystal clear Caribbean ocean, to the most heart warming destination celebrations of weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, and even business meetings and conventions, one thing stands out among it all - Travel, surrounded by family, friends, colleagues and some of the friendliest strangers you could meet. With over 35 years of executive experience in media, technology, marketing, and management, I am a seasoned professional, mother of 4 & grandma to 2. Living in the Eanes ISD area, I give back to the community in many ways. After running for the US Congress in TX-21, I was appointed to serve as Commissioner for Travis County ESD 10/Ce-Bar Fire Department. In addition, I have volunteered and supported Eanes ISD, EEF, Shalom Austin, Congregation Beth Israel, Austin Humane Society, Rawson-Saunders School, Red Cross, Lonestar Soccer. Learning Ally and Make-A-Wish. I have served the Westlake Chamber of Commerce as Humanitarian Chair and PR Specialist.
