As a professional travel agent, I consider myself to be an artist of sorts. The clients that I work with are my canvas, and the itineraries that I design for them are my craft. Each finished product is unique, and holds a value to the individual that is unmatched.

My career as a travel agent began when I was planning a group trip for my extended family. I had hired a travel adviser to help us with the planning, but in the end I did most of the work myself. I realized that this was my calling, and that I could provide the superior service that other travel agents were lacking.

• Cruises — In my opinion, cruises provide travelers with the best value for their vacation investment. I love that you can visit many destinations while on board a cruise ship, yet you only have to unpack your bags once.
• All-Inclusive Resorts — I have stayed at more than 30 different all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, Jamaica, the Bahamas and the Dominican Republic. My extensive experiences in these luxury resorts allows me to make personalized recommendations for my travelers.

Prior to working as a travel agent, I spent time managing a casino floor in Las Vegas. I worked in a five-star resort, and my goal each day was to make vacation fun for every traveler that I encountered. This is where I was able to develop the foundation needed to deliver excellent customer service to my clients. I know what it takes to make a vacation great, and I will make that happen for you.

There is nothing more important than customer service. After a long career in direct sales, I decided to turn my passion for travel into a career! I know as well as anyone how important it is to build client relationships based on knowledge, trust and good communication. I take the time to get to know my clients, their favorite travel experiences, likes and dislikes, so I can guide them to unique experiences that fit their lifestyle. I particularly enjoy creating new cruise lovers. Taking a cruise is a wonderful opportunity to unpack once and experience a variety of fascinating destinations. There is a different cruise style for every personality!  It's not "one size fits all".  There are family ships, adults only ships, small ships and luxury ships...just to name a few.

Once you experience your first cruise, you'll be planning your next cruise before you’ve even disembarked. I’m certified as a Master Cruise Counselor with the CLIA organization and also have completed individual certifications for most of the cruise lines.  I've sailed on Viking, AmaWaterways, Seabourn, Azamara, Holland America, Princess, Norwegian, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Virgin Voyages.  No two cruise lines are a like, I will help you pick the one to fit your travel style.
