No detail is unimportant when you are spending your well earned vacation time and money. For example, recently a client asked me to book them on the same deck as their sister, who booked with a different agent. I took the time to explain why they should move from below the pool deck to a different part of the ship. Would it be quicker and easier to give my client what they asked for?
