I am a Certified Travel Associate (CTA) with the Travel Institute as well as a member of CLIA (Cruise Line International Association) and IATAN (International Association of Travel Agents Network). I also hold many specialist certifications through individual Cruise Lines, Tour Companies and Destinations.
