Hello, I’m Vivian Webb.Travel Advisor since 1991.  Within my 1st year, I received my CLIA Master Certification.  Have won many awards over the years, whether it was in reference to Marketing, Social Media, and several years of Top Producers, etc.  Was the first female in our company to be presented with the Opal Award. As of May 2023, I’ve cruised on 175 ocean and river cruises around the World.  Visited and stayed at many All-Inclusives in the Caribbean and US.  My goal is to join the 3 year, Life at Sea ship and continue working onboard with their internet. My customer goals are:  1) Helping protect your $/vacation, find the most amenities/best price at time of purchase, continue to look for lower rates/more amenities after your purchase, and my forte is problem solving and standing by your rights.  Prior to purchase, love showing new customers how to ‘see options’ and ‘pricing’, so they can better decide which they love most.  Most of my customers are of 15-25 years, and basically all call, knowing exactly what they want, the cost they saw, and CC in hand. I am not married, nor have children, which is why I can devote myself so much to this business.  I have been married.  My dog passed several years back, and I’ve not opted to get another, which is best, since I travel so much.   I am work-a-holic, high attention to detail and to-do lists.  I’ve just recently taken on 5 associates, and I’m having fun sharing insight and how-2-do’s.  I’m looking forward to the ‘specialty areas’ they will bring for my customers.  Just recently purchased an All-Inclusive program to help us better determine with All-Inclusive destination is best for each customer, based on their wishes and desires. I was in banking 10 years prior, where I saw many customers hurt from Travel Scams.  It was that, and the fact that cruising was way too new for Lynchburg agents, I decided I needed to learn the Cruise industry myself.  Prior, taught school after graduating from Lynchburg University and continued to renew my Teaching Certification and participated for years with Home Bound teaching. Continued over 30 years to continue my education in teaching, banking, travel, photography, medical coding, sign language, and more. My love is definitely cruising.  My favorite destination is Alaska, in which my 17th time there will be in August 2023.  My 2nd favorite destination is Asia, where I would go more if the flight was not so long.  My favorite cities are Quebec and Amsterdam.   Besides an addiction to cruising, I am a shop-a-holic and love to bring items back home for others.  And I have a destination bracelet fetish and dolls.  Outside of work and cruising, love to meet up with others for dinner at some of our favorite local restaurants.  I currently have 3 social groups I manage each month.  I don’t like house cleaning, so if anyone says work, eat, or cruise, I jump onboard that idea quickly. On my personal Facebook page, love sharing all my cruise pictures, I play ‘guess this’ games for folks to earn $ for their favorite local charity (local to help jobs), share pictures of adventures to get a reaction out of FB friends, or pictures of destinations.  It is fun communicating with folks on FB and learning their likes, and keeping up with their personal/family going-ons.
