Sue was AWESOME!! From the minute our conversation started, I felt like we were friends and she truly cared. We had booked our 1st Virgin cruise (had done 14 cruises with other lines). Living in MB SC as Hurricane Debby was approaching 8/4/24 our flight out to FLL had been changed & then cancelled. It was not looking good for us to travel. Sue spent almost an hour on the phone with me trying to find an alternate route/flight. She then assisted me with Virgin to get a credit for a rebooking in the future.
