Whether it was seeing the Coliseum in Rome, the French Riviera in Cannes, Copacabana beach in Rio or the Panama Canal, Israel or Buenos Aries, all of those destinations have left an incredible mark on my soul. This guy knows what he's doing. We came with unique requests for our honeymoon trip and Rich delivered. Everything from the room, the flights, the rental car, the sightseeing, etc was handled for us to perfection. Even when we requested a change right before the trip, he made it happen for us. We will definitely be reaching back out to him for our next trip

Rich was extremely helpful planning our very first cruise, and a 10 day cruise at that. He walked us through the entire process and provided all the details. He checked in with us weekly before our cruise making sure we had everything we needed or to answer any questions we may have thought of, even sent us a care package before our cruise.
