Since I was a teenager, I have worked in retail customer service and developed a passion for providing my clients with the best overall experience possible. From working as a counselor onboard a cruise ship where I not only was inspired to travel the world, but I absolutely loved ensuring guests had the best vacation ever, to my role as the Director of Operations with sweetFrog yogurt where I focus on the customer experience, I always strive to go above and beyond in making my clients happy. My dedication to creating memorable customer experiences coupled with my obsession for travel inspired me to open a Dream Vacations franchise for my neighbors in Ashland and Richmond.
