I also come from the Hospitality Business with a Culinary Arts Degree, and have worked for some of the finest hotels in the world, including the Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton Hotels, and the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin Ireland, as my internship. I've also had the Luxury in working for American Cruise Lines on their river ships, on the Columbia, Snake, and Mississippi rivers. Because of this background, we both know what good service should be!!
