Even though I’ve only owned my travel business for a few years, I draw from personal experiences of traveling over 25 years to guide my vacation planning services. I have extensive experience and a passion for travel, and I make a point to visit at least 3 new places each year!
Being a military veteran has enriched my world view and fostered a deep appreciation for different cultures. My love for exploring new places keeps my knowledge fresh and relevant. Some of my favorite destinations are Italy, Dubrovnik, and Barcelona. But my heart really belongs to Sicily, a place I called home for 3 glorious years. My Heart Belongs to Sicily!
Sicily is a place I called home for 3 glorious years. I journeyed over every part of that beautiful island while there. Sicily is an island that has been conquered throughout the years by many nations which contributes to the various cultural offerings there. Here you can see castles, temples, churches, windmills, salt marshes, caves, gorges, beautiful tropical beaches, and of course the most active volcano in Europe, Mt. Etna. Not only is the scenery varied, but the food is as well. Sicily has some of the most delicious food all made from fresh vegetables and fresh seafood. A must see is the town of Taormina, my favorite! High above the sea is a Roman theater with a breathtaking view of Mt. Etna. Traveling to Sicily? I am your expert!
