Firstly, I want to say that I am a pretty indecisive person. I know what I want, usually, but I am known to change my mind in an instant. Which brings me to Chris. he has been AMAZING with all of my requests, changes, and needs. Even when I bother him late in the evening, he responds back right away. He has been so helpful with his insight because he is a cruise travel guru, so I knew that he would have all of the answers to all of my questions. I've been on a few cruises, but never with a group and with Chris' availability it has been an easy process for myself and all of my party. His turnaround timeframe is super quick, so no one has to wait days on end. This is well appreciated for those with anxiety. Not only does he display immaculate guest service, but you also know that he loves what he does, and he is great at it! Chris is amazing to have as a travel agent and anyone that comes across him will know that right from the start. 10/10 Definitely Recommend

I loved working with Chris for my first cruise. He helped book my cruise and excursions with no work on my end. I just told them what days I was looking to go and that I wanted to do an excursion. He sent me some options on my cruise choices along with prices. Then they sent me a list of my excursion options and booked it for me. Once that was settled all I had to do was show up. He made sure that the ship knew it was my first cruise and the staff made me feel really special. After my cruise, he reached out to me and asked if I enjoyed my vacation and I couldn't thank them enough. I'm already talking to him about booking my next cruise with my friends in May!

My 40th birthday cruise was booked through Black Diamond Travels. Chris is very professional and worked with me on everything. He was able to get through to the cruise line when I couldn't and handle things. Excellent service!
